Work solo or with a team. Projects, billing, and connected Clouds all live inside an organization.

Personal and team organizations

Every account starts with a personal organization, created for you automatically. Your own projects live there.

To collaborate, create a team organization and invite others. Its projects, billing, connected Clouds, and Kubernetes clusters are shared by everyone on the team.

Members and roles

A team organization has members in one of two roles:

• Owner — full control, including members, billing, connected Clouds, and clusters.
• Member — can work with the organization’s projects.

Inviting people

Invite someone from the organization’s member settings, and send them the invite link. Once accepted, they will be able to access the organization’s resources.

What lives in an organization

• Projects
• Billing and credits, shared across the team
• Connected Clouds
• An audit log of what changed and who changed it

You choose which organization you are working in from the organization switcher, and the CLI scopes commands to one with the --org flag.
